Spring has arrived and we are madly building to keep up with the demand for a home in the Sunset Park Villas.  Seems people have found out about us and are in a hurry to take advantage of the benefits of living in the best Senior community in Davis County.  The homes are selling faster than we can build them so we are in high gear to keep up with the demand.  We will be choosing the model mix in building 9 soon, so if you have a preference for a certain floor-plan, please, let us know so we can build it.  You will still have time to get your home sold, and if it doesn't, we can always move you to something else.  I have had many people want a model that we could have built instead of something else, but they didn't let us know in time to add it to the mix.  If you're thinking seriously about moving here, please let me know.
     Building 6 is ready for framing and I have one unit to sell in that building.  It is a Windsor Court with a Bonus room.  We have a Windsor Court model just about finished so we can now show you exactly what it looks like.  
     Building 7 has been started and we will have a Windsor Court, a Windsor Court with a Bonus Room and a Canterbury in that building.
     Building 8 will be next and there are three units  to choose from.  An Abby, a Canterbury with a Bonus room and a Windsor Court.  We won't be able to build many Abby's in this community so if you like that model, now is your chance to grab it before someone else does.
     The building go up much faster now and it is the perfect temperature to keep the guys working hard.  Soon it will get hot and they'll be lounging in the shade trying to cool down.  .  (Just kidding guys)
      Seriously, it is the perfect time to look at homes here. The models are coming along nicely and the landscaping is beautiful.  We are open 10 to 5 six days a week, so come see me at the clubhouse and I'll be happy to show you around.

      Remember, the first Thursday of every month is our Pot Luck Dinner.  Drop buy and enjoy the good food and great people.  Next one is a Barbeque by the Pool on Thursday June 7th

The Pool party was scheduled for tonight, but the weather is not cooperating so we have moved it to Thursday June 7th.   We will be having a barbeque by the pool and you are welcome to bring Children and grandchildren.  Just get me a head count so we have enough food.  As usual it will be pot luck with Leisure Villas supplying the burgers and hot dogs.  To you folks who are thinking of moving into the Villas, please join us for an evening of fun, and meet the residents who could be your new neighbors.  Bring a side dish if you want or just show up...... there is always plenty to eat around here. Models will be open for you to preview.

Great news !! The pool is open and the deck chairs are out !

It's great to get a jump on the summer lounging season.  Due to the earlier than warmer weather we were able to beat our normal memorial day opening!

We'll be having a pool party shortly, so get your potato salad recipes ready and go buy a new swimsuit.

The flowers are looking good after the rainstorm and the grass is finally green.  The community is looking great so now is a good time to come in to see what we have. 
Building 28 is almost framed so we will be starting on building 6.  For you patio lovers I have one Windsor Court with a Bonus room left in that building and it should be ready for occupancy early this fall.  My Model is almost finished, so if you haven't seen this new floor plan come check it out.  Most people think it's a winner! 

today's good news is that it's raining.  the reason this is good is because we have been planting flowers for the last several days.  just trying to make the landscaping the best it can be!

Oh, By the way. We will be having our monthly wellness clinic tomorrow, Thursday May 17th, at 11:00 am. We will be doing the usual blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate stuff, but this week we are adding a Physical Therapist to assist you with any concerns you have. We are working on foot care as well and should have that by next month See you there. Anyone reading this is welcome

The roof is about finished in Building 28. This is the building just East of the Clubhouse and will have three models in it, but I am going to have one Grandview with a Bonus room for sale on the north west corner. If you like that location you might want to come in and take a look. We figure this will be our best model in the best location. I don't expect the new lower price to last on this model so jumping on it now before the builder decides to raise the price back up would be a smart thing to do. It may happen soon since we sold two of the Grandviews last week.

For those of you who were sad to see the Newcastle plan discontinued, you'll be happy to know I have one left. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with Granite counter-tops, glazed cabinets and a bonus room. Ready for immediate occupancy.

Dust of your swimsuits and spray on a tan cause it's almost time to open the pool. It can be used now, but we will have our official opening next week. I will keep you posted on the exact date for the party.
